well yes but to be fair current China isn't trying to create a new bigger country but rather enrich itself. Sei says that in order to create the country itself war is necessary and that was also the case for every country on the map inluding China. Rui Fui's mindset on the other hand, works to keep that country running (which Sei's plan falls short off by a long mile) but not to forge a new one on a map.

What an amazing debate! "The nature of humanity is light." Indeed both sides have their own points and shortfalls but Sei has more conviction due to the responsibility he bears as king while Ryo fui is still dabbling on a utopia of unity brought about by wealth. Peace can only be maintained by justice and order. Order without justice is tyranny but justice cannot exist without order. It is a tough balancing act but what is amazing about Sei is that he knows he may not live long enough to see his dream come true but for the sake of the future of the kingdom he is willing to pursue that path even though in the end it will destroy him. He is entrusting the future to someone else who will inherit a united kingdom. Amazing man indeed.

Sei went full talk no jutsu and even Ryo Fui was gobsmacked. You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

My man Sei had every reason to hate this world after what he had gone through. Still he was struggling with his inner demons to find kindeness, still he clunged desperately Searching for light in that immense darkness and he did find it in Shi ka.

Shi ka was the only bright light in his lonely darkness Shi ka gave Sei what he was searching for unconditional kindnesses, he qas saved ny Shi ka . Unfortunately Shi ka died but her kindness love and compassion and her words Sei never forot them , They are still with him. And along the way to his dream he met with several other fellow humans with such light.

This might be the first and last time we actually see Lu Buwei and Zheng having a head to head discussion huh.... Its kinda funny how Lu Buwei's idea of ruling Qin is actually not bad, and more realistic than what Zheng is trying to do.

Zheng wishes to unify the middle kingdom through swift military campaigns and conquer all of China by toppling all the other kingdoms. But Lu Buwei's method sounds more like a long-term campaign of crippling the other kingdoms financially and have them submit with little need for military warfare.

Is this really the end though? I really like Lu Buwei as an antagonist, and would like to see more of him and Zheng struggle against each other for power. And the last few episodes made me feel that Lu Buwei still has more tricks up his sleeve
